★ How we make them

Weighed, hand-rolled, and wrapped one at a time

Our chocolate chip recipe took three months of testing to perfect. Here’s what happens to every cookie before it gets to you.
★ The process

From mixer to your hands

1

Wet ingredients

Parker
Parker measures and mixes all of the wet ingredients.
2

Dry ingredients

Charles
Charles measures and mixes all of the dry ingredients.
3

Mix the dough

The 30-quart mixer
Everything comes together in the mixer the boys bought with their own savings, enough dough for 72 cookies at once.
4

Weigh and roll by hand

Charles
Every cookie is weighed before it’s rolled: 4 oz for our big cookies, 2 oz for snack size. No guessing.
5

Four chips on top

Hunter

Hunter presses four chocolate chips onto every cookie before it goes in the oven.
6

Bake

Parker
Parker runs the oven and the bake time the brothers spent months dialing in, so every cookie comes out the same.
7

Wrap, seal, and label

Hunter

Once they cool, Hunter packages, seals, and labels each cookie individually so it stays soft.
8

★ Two sizes

Same recipe, two sizes

Big cookies
4 oz chocolate chip
Our signature cookie. Thick, soft in the middle, and big enough to share. Weighed to 4 oz every time.
Snack size
2 oz chocolate chip
The same recipe in a smaller cookie. Great for lunchboxes, parties, and client gifts.
★ Growing up

From 12 cookies a batch to 72

When the boys started, they could bake 12 cookies at a time. They saved their earnings instead of spending them and bought a 30-quart mixer with their own money. Now a single batch makes 72 cookies, which is what lets them keep up with ballpark nights, corporate accounts, and shipping orders.
