Sarah Speaks Up in Second Lawsuit Filed Against Google, YouTube, and Ex-Youtubers “Onision” and “Kai”
The Haba Law Firm and The Marsh Law Firm have jointly filed a federal lawsuit against Google, YouTube, James Jackson (“Onision”), and Lucas Jackson (“Kai”), on behalf of Sarah. Onision and his spouse openly groomed and exploited Sarah when she was a child.
Ethnos360, formerly New Tribes Mission, Again Facing Allegations Surrounding Sexual Abuse of Minor
The Haba Law Firm and BozLaw have jointly filed a lawsuit against Ethnos360, a missionary organization that was formerly known as New Tribes Mission. The lawsuit alleges that New Tribes Mission changed its name in 2017 to Ethnos360 in part to hide years of sexual abuse of children within its corporation.
9th Circuit Court Issues Ruling in ‘John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 v. Twitter, Inc.’
This lawsuit alleges that Twitter, by its own written admission, knowingly possessed and broadly distributed child sex abuse material (or child pornography). As a result, child sex abuse material of two 13-year-old boys was viewed, shared, and downloaded hundreds of thousands of times through the Twitter platform.
